I've only begun getting a few figmas but I've noticed paint transfer seems pretty normal. My Asuna has gotten some just from moving her around and having her orange hair brush on things and my Mikasa came out of the box with some paint transfer on her leg. Is paint transfer normal for figmas and just something that's part of owning figmas?

Um..paint transfer....

I have no idea about what that is, although I do have a lot of figures with good paint. Very few of them show such wear in the paint.

That said, its probably something you're far more aware of than I. Its usually something's ng common with figures too, only a few older ones have lost luster.

Figmas are more about anime likeness and posability rather than paint. Pictures perhaps? I'll take one of mine that I guess is losing paint.

OK, can't find any paint problems on any of the 6 figmas I own.

I've had occasionally a bit of paint transfer here and there but in my experience, the main answer should be no. If you are having a huge problem with this then it isn't normal.

Are you sure they're real figmas and not bootlegs, bootlegs are common.

That said, I wouldn't worry about it.

Hey! What I mean by paint transfer is more or less paint where it shouldn't be... maybe imperfection is a better word. My figmas were from amiami and are new. For example my Mikasa figma has two little brown spots on her leg between her belt, the colour of her belt but on the white of her pants. And my Asuna figma when her hair rubbed on her cloak some orange marks came off and were on her cloak.

I guess what I mean is for someone who's a little OCD like me is having some paint imperfections on figmas normal? I've read that it is normal here http://www.crunchyroll.ca/forumtopic-822269/figures considering they ARE hand painted it makes sense.
