Don't count on it any time soon. Look on the Aniplex publisher page here on CR. Do you see any movies from Aniplex? I see a few on Netflix, but none here on CR.

Which is why I have to subscribe to Crunchyroll, Funimation (subtitle only, great deal) and Netflix. Luckily I can still get away with free use of Daisuki (login enough for HD) for the few shows I watch there and Viewster which so far seems to be completely free at least for the one show I used it for, Rakudai Kishi.

But I really do hope to see Kizu in the theatre. No Canada plans yet is unfortunate. At worst I will import the Blurays for sure but that will likely be a long wait.

I want that poster :o.

Still waiting to see which theaters will show Kizu here in the states. I got a good feeling that one will be close enough for me to attend.

I just bought my ticket to Kizumonogatari on Feb 28th in Littleton, CO.

This will mark the first time I'll ever have been to an anime movie screening like this.... (well, my hometown did have a special screening for Spirited Away for our film festival and the entire school got to watch it, so I guess that's technically the first but this is different).

Anyways, be jealous.

Was hesitating at first, but I decided to go for it. Also first time for me as well.
Ticket I bought is "Will-Call" though, so I should probably get there pretty early or something.

So when the tickets went up for sale yesterday, the NY site wasn't updated with the movie....

After checking it again 1 day later, it was updated....but the only showing I can make it to is sold out.

I'm crying right now

Yeah I checked it earlier today and saw they had sold out. I'm glad I went through with it after all instead of hesitating too much.

Jeez will call? For mine you pick/reserve your seat and then bring your ticket to the movie theater and your good to go. So nice.

I checked at the theater again this morning and there is still a lot of seats open (not many animes fans/monogatari fans up here in Denver I guess...). People should come watch it up here in Denver To give you perspective, my friend went on this morning and was able to get the seat right next me (I would have thought it been taken already!), so it is not in heavy demand atm lmao.

Lucky, haha. Los Angeles was the only place closes to me that had tickets available when I bought them, and it only had the option for Will Call tickets. There's San Francisco, but that's a bit of a drive for me.

I'll have to pick up my tickets this evening.

It's showing at two theaters in my area.

I'm considering getting the tickets now too...

Still at least a month to go though unless you live in Japan. I heard going they also give special items for the screening.

Only good if you can read Japanese. There is a short novel being released a chapter a week so if you want the whole book you need to watch it for 4 or 5 weeks in a row!

Do it! Depends on where you live, but they'll be gone pretty quickly I imagine.

And that's right, I heard that they're giving away a "gateway" or something at the theaters? Not exactly sure what that means, but free stuff is always good.
