Ok hi guys, yesterday night i purchased a crunchyroll premium upgrade on my ipad with itunes money, when i put my password in and stuff , i didnt have any premium crunchyroll features . i went into my itunes to see how much money was left, i hade 12 dollars, now have 6 dollars, its like i paid for the crunchyroll membership but didnt get any features! someone please help this is pissing me off!

First, please be certain that you are logging into the account that you are certain you purchased the premium membership for. I've known of cases where for whatever reason someone had multiple accounts and got confused when they felt they been billed for membership they didn't receive.

Once you are certain that isn't your problem, then it would be a good idea to contact iTunes--since they are the ones who took the payment.

If that doesn't result in a resolution, you can reach out to Crunchyroll customer support--I know they can't directly handle the billing part of it when it's through iTunes, but maybe they have some way of seeing something that would explain why your account doesn't show as premium. Use the Contact Us that's at the bottom of every CR webpage, and also at the top of the Help forums, to report the problem to them.
