brothers conflict, i guess,i though it would be strange when i read the introduction, love romance between siblings, really? however, when i finished episode one, i felt like i understand why the brothers love their sis so much, a beautiful and kind girl could warm your heart, you just cant help falling with her.

Same. Even though they were "siblings" they really weren't. If you get step siblings when you're older they don't feel like they are related or like your siblings. Like if they grew up together that would be weird but since she literally just met them I can understand why some of them had feelings for her.

So I really liked Gurren Lagann.... Like a lot and it's not something I would really watch but I just liked it. For some odd reason.

Mekaku City Actors. It's just a show of separate stories using vintage Shaft animation, all while skipping all over the place. I enjoyed the stories, but I was confused like crazy watching it.

Indeed. It felt short though.

Mekaku City Actors: I was watching and the first episode really had me interested, I liked that character, introduced in first episode, then suddenly we jumped straight to another character with no explanation as to why, and it kept happening! in the end, once it was all said and done, thought hard for a few minutes after watching... I understood where it was trying to go, but because there were SO many characters trying to be pushed into this series, it felt extremely rushed and just made you go I loved where it was trying to go, but man confusing...

Bonus Question 1:

This first question, I have 2 answers just because I have one that isn't suppose to fall into this category, and 1 that does

Pandora Hearts: At the time I watched this serious it made me super thoughtful, started making me thinking about peoples darkness

Code Geass: Now mind you, I haven't finished this series but I am planning on doing that someday, it is an awesome series, that makes you think deeply, and just state of worlds type stuff

Bonus Question 2:

No Game No Life: With this serious, I really enjoyed it, was an awesome show great characters, great plot, but the fan service is very strong... I almost would have given it up, if it wasn't for the awesome plot and interesting characters, I have a friend I have recently introduced into anime, but she hates even just the little bit of fan service at all, and I totally understand why, and I know, that the fan service is super strong, I usually hates one with super strong fan service, but man good art and plot pulled me in, but if someone else was to watch it and they fell in the category of, no fan service they would probably say, "That is so Steph!" I mean... "That is so stupid!"

FLCL was pretty crazy but fun.

As for the bonus question, Paranoia Agent was downright disturbing at times, and I don't know if it would appeal to just about everyone. I could be wrong, though. I just know that sometimes I was watching it and certain episodes really got to me. I might just be a lightweight though.

EVA

It's even more confusing among the hardcore EVA fans since they all have their own theories about the meaning of names, characters etc. For me, it was just another mecha anime with kids fighting to protect the world and that's it. =D

So many, because so many anime are terribly adapted from source material so some series can literally be non-sequitar after non-sequitar, the director and writer usually offering some sophomoric mental wankery trying justify it all or give the semblance of "meaning."
