Hello, I am a new member of Crunchyroll. I was previously watching anime on my Microsoft Surface tablet (ie, Anohana), and recently got a hand me down laptop.

I am trying to show my brothers Anohana, but when I click on the series, no videos are available, yet it is visible on the tablet.

Does anyone know why this happened, or if I could fix it at all? Thanks!

It sounds like one of your devices is incorrectly detecting your location. Check the /contact form on both, and verify that the Detected country matches your location on both. If this is not the case, log out on that device, clear your cookies/cache, and log back in, then check to see if your country is now correct.

I'm assuming you aren't using an app of some kind on your tablet, and that both devices are accessing CR from within the same country.

Hi, thanks so much for your reply! I checked, and the locations are right on both devices. Nope, I am not using any app, I am on the website.

Maybe I didn't explain it right. On my tablet, I can watch Anohana fine on Internet Explorer. But on my laptop, using Google Chrome, no videos appear on the Anohana page, and it states that there are only two reviews.

I thought that maybe it was the browser I was using on my laptop, so I tried using Internet Explorer. There, the videos appear, but will not play as it says that I must enable Javascript or update my Adobe Flash Player, but Javascript is enables, and I have the latest version of Adobe Flash.

It works on Internet Explorer, but not Google Chrome for some reason. I guess I'll just have to watch it on Internet Explorer. Anyway, thanks for your help!

Google Chrome uses a different Flash plugin by default, go to chrome://plugins/, expand the Details (top right corner), and check which version of Flash is enabled. If there are any extensions installed, you may want to disable those (one-by-one if you want to figure out which is blocking the videos in Chrome).
