Bonus question first: If I cannot get to sleep early enough, I set my alarm much earlier the next day so I'm exhausted enough to sleep early again.

About the milk, I drink TONS of it daily and it doesn't do anything. Take it from me, turkey is more likely to make you groggy.

Is the milk warm sometimes?

sorry for taking long to reply :(

It's cold/room temperature. Milk can make you full but not tired, not for me anyway. No matter the amount.

Do you use hot water or hot milk for your hot coco?

When I rarely drink it (coffee instead lol) I use milk or a mixture of both. Milk mainly because it adds more flavor and richness.

I never drink milk before I go to bed. It always leaves a bad taste in my mouth next morning.

I never drink milk but when winter comes around a nice warm cup of cocoa always makes me sleepy :3

Bonus: Usually stay up & watch random YT videos or watch some anime.

Yep, I do. Growing up we always used milk for hot cocoa so when I found out most people used water instead, i was a bit grossed out & vice versa. My friends think its nasty that I use milk rather than water
