Hello

Would it be ok If I made a thread that mentioned all shows not just current season shows that are on Hanabee and Animelab's website for the AUS/NZ peoples? Edit when titles are added and removed.
I had a read of http://www.crunchyroll.com/forumtopic-804615/show-discussion-index?pg=0 and it doesn't mention that people can watch Railwars/The Irregular of Magic Highschool In the AUS/NZ region on Hanabee Entertainments site. Hanabee's site isn't even listed.

This is kinda want to do make a one stop thread for
All available anime outside of crunchyroll in the AUS/NZ region.
Animelab.com available shows.
Show names go here. How many episodes + sub/dub

Hanabee.com.au
Show names go here. How many episodes + sub/dub

Daisuki.net
Show names go here. How many episodes

If I did something like that would it be closed? A existing thread I should use?
The problem most threads I found are for past seasons have run their course both Hanabee and Animelab are adding back shows that may or may not be on here for their region.
Would it be able to be pinned too If it doesn't exist and I made one? :)

Thank you. :)

I don't see why it would be. In fact, it sounds like it would be a good resource, especially to point people who ask "Why can't I watch show x in my country?" towards.

That is what I thought which is why I wanted too make one. Also write one up for the UK region too if there was any demand.
But it kinda depends they might see it as rival advertising. Which is why I wanted to ask if it was okay to do.

Well I started typing out everything in a word document for the second time as I deleted the first one accidentally. :(
I decided to try again after someone asked about a show that was no longer on here a few hours ago.

While thinking for more sites to add to the list wasn't there another site in that region that had a few shows???
So I googled what I thought it was and behold a crunchyroll forum thread was listed number 5 on the results. Which was a list of sites and shows thread but pretty much US based + a few international sites.
I noticed it was in the closed section no reason given as to why though.
It was made in 2009 and closed in 2012. After it appeared to be abandoned for over 12 months. Is that the only reason why it would have gotten closed?
http://www.crunchyroll.com/forumtopic-535224/legal-anime-streaming-and-download-sites?pg=0 is the original thread. Any mod or anyone from before I joined last year could say why it was closed?
Thank you

They used to close threads after 6 months of inactivity (not sure if they still do). Also if the Originating Poster "nuked" their own account, then those threads usually get closed, too.

Oh yeah that thread. The first of its kind was by me. I transferred the thread to Mozy when I nuked my account.

My best guess is either inactivity or that it was getting bombarded with non-legal sites. The second possibility was to avoid any leaks from some of the crunchyroll thread rules.

There's a more comphrensive list out there now in site name Mania. There's probably another in Reddit. Crunchyroll isn't really that kind of place that swarms and reproduce too much, and that's probably one of the reasons why that thread died off. Well, if I find the "Master Lists", I'll let you know.

My thread idea is just simple. A list of shows and the Australian and NZ sites that have them. I've written out 2 of the 4 sites.
I can't find one and the remaining is daisuki which has like 10 shows 4 of which aren't on here. I was pondering only including the 4 or all 10 but if it was removed from here you would think it would be removed from there like SAO series 1 was.

Two times in the past week I have seen people from the region mention "The site is broken SAO season 1 is not on here fix it". When it's just the distributor Madman asked for the removal as its on their own streaming service with a sub and dub stream.

I really just don't want to waste my time writing it all up making the post all pretty up only to get "this thread is not allowed because 'reason goes here' " That would make me really sad.
Or if anyone think it would be better in a group etc.
I know groups have to be updated every so often but not sure what needs to be updated. If I edit a forum post if I forum post or do I need to change pictures or if no one joins etc....

I plan on keeping a thread updated. Maybe not they added episode 8 of the near simulcast at 9:51am today as I'm pretty sure they could go see for themselves or have a once a week update for the 6 shows. But more when they add/remove a series type of updates.

I would post in the show discussion thread but most titles they are adding are shows that where never on here or where several seasons ago. So it kinda doesn't appear to be well relevant to that thread. New stuff yes for sure old stuff though no.
