What would be helpful is a web site you can go to, much like the scanlation and fansubber sites which has all the anime and manga currently available legally online FOR YOU. It shows all the titles YOU can watch. You click one and if there is just one option, it takes you there. If there are multiple options it shows you ONLY THE ONES THAT WORK FOR YOU.

I think what many people like about the illegal sites is that it's one stop shopping. No more people posting on here, "Why didn't Crunchyroll get ____?" and getting the answer, "Because ____ site got it. Go watch it over there."

And licensors should make sure that everything is legally available. And make it available really soon after Japan gets it. Any delay and people are going to start looking elsewhere.

While they're at it, they should make it available easily and quickly IN JAPAN. Believe it or not, for streaming we have it better than Japan. Most shows on Nico Nico are on days or weeks after broadcast so if your PVR fails you wait ages or you look elsewhere. Or you figure out which pay site might have it. Again, a royal pain unless....

Unless there was a site somewhere... maybe the industry could organize it themselves as a consortium, something like anime.com and manga.com that had all titles available and would auto -redirect you to the legal site FOR YOU. So obvious and yet.... it won't happen.

So instead I subscribe to 3 streaming services here and I still can't watch everything... very annoying.

But sure, more traffic, hopefully more subscriptions would be good. I'm all for more legal views.

Yes, filtering or sorting for availability is job number one. But there's not any indication so far that they've got any idea they should be putting themselves in the shoes of people in different countries.
