Myself. I don't really portray myself in public as a huge anime fan. A almost all my friends don't even know I'm interested in anime because I'm the kind of guy that seems to be the "cool tough" dude. Though only like few close friends actually know I watch anime.

Wow a former gang member that's pretty cool. I would have never expected that. Next thing someone will mention their pastor or the nice elderly man that leaves in their neighborhood. I'm really liking these posts they are very interesting to read.

I was at an interesting point in my life, I lived in a place affectionately known as Club 1211, which was THE place for illegal drugs and alcohol in a rather illicit neighborhood, we went to school together that year (I was in foster care at Club 1211, because lady Irony has a sense of humor) and we kept contact after I left and have been friends for almost 10 years, making him the longest time I've known someone from school. >.<

^This. Except I'm not a "cool tough" dude as you put it. I'm an introvert, and I only have a handful of people I feel comfortable with. Most the people who have found out that I watch anime or play videogames are shocked. They also don't expect the extent of which I do both activities. I have no clue why it's such a surprise.

I'm 100% sure on Robin Williams. Not sure about everyone else.

I had a substitute teacher my junior year in high school. He was like "Do your work." He went around the class once, sat down at a computer and started reading Fairy Tail.

Not sure about the rest, but I know that Zac Efron wanted or atleast was involved in doing a live-action of Death Note.
So this list is probably true.

Apparently my best friend watched Death Note and I was like "WHAAT?" so I made her watch Lucky Star and Toradora!

I checked out his twitter a few months ago, he was giving out his friend code for pokemon. Now he's talking about Persona, Akame, Jojo, Sailor Moon, and still pokemon.

I don't have any, but I'd like to meet one! Especially if one of my professors turns out to be one lol.

At my high school, my teachers were either really young or ancient.
Obviously, the latter don't watch anime and the some of the former were into it.

There are many People in Medical School who enjoy Anime. We have a group at the University that meets every Wednesday Night. I've definitely seen some People in there that I wouldn't have thought would be Anime Fans.

I had a Survey Corps hoodie that I wore one day going to school, and whilst in History class, this guy out of the blue told me that "my jacket was sick," and called me his "bro", and I asked him if he knew what Shingeki no Kyojin was, and he even knew the Japanese title. It was so surprising because he's one of your stereotypical "jock" dudes, who was also kind of a popular kid. If you wanna put it that way. We were merely acquaintances, and I didn't really have an opinion of him. He sat next to me at lunch the next day, and showed me some manga he was reading. This dude was reading Magi, and some Kuroko No Basket on Mangafox.com.

And now he's reading Tokyo Ghoul and we're fan girling about it together. I've known him since Freshman year, I didn't even think it were possible to be pretty good friends with someone like him. Don't judge a book by its cover, and even some of the descriptions available on the back of the book.
