I had a 2-week trial, cancelled it within the period, and yet I still got billed for it. Twice. I did find the problem once I received a billing again today, it was the recurring payment thing on Paypal. So I cancelled that too, I thought it really ridiculous because the first time around having the 2-week trial this problem didn't occur.

Anyways, is there a way that I could get my money back or is this it? I've already sent a message to Contact Support.

All billing questions need to be answered through email, so you'll need to wait until customer support contacts you based on the message you already sent.
