In Holland everyone goes everywhere by bike. That's so healthy! It's not only good for the environment, but in Holland we haven't got much fat people, thanks to that.
I have to cycle 45 minutes to get to school, but if I could go by car, I wouldn't. It's nice to live in a country where you can cycle safely.

I know that much foreign people think that everyone in Holland does drugs, like smoking weed or something - because that's legal here. But in fact I don't know any person who does drugs.

Yes, I'm quite proud of my country, though it's so tiny.

In international sports I root for Britain and when abroad I miss Britain. Otherwise I'm not bothered.

Showing too much love for own country is so unBritish. XD

lol, that's so dam true! I think I have very little pride for England... in fact, scratch that.... If I say I don't have any pride, it's like saying I'm ashamed of it, but I'm really not- I don't really feel anything towards England. Although, I think I have pride in being Scottish! yes, i do indeed!

I'm proud! Thanks for making me actually think about it more ^_^

...and, I'll agree with Iumiina in the first post- moving wouldn't be a big deal at all for me>>> in fact I WANT to move to another country, lol

i lived in the philippines for like 12 years, 2 years in the states, and about 6 years on guam(u.s. territory) [i'm going to san diego soon! xD hence why i'm happy to have internet right now lol. all of my things are packed, my computer too ]

philippine pride? eh, somewhat..
u.s.a. pride? hmm, a bit more than 'somewhat'
right now, i'm still confused ^__^;

I have pride in the U.S. for the freedoms that I've more or less netted from simply being born in the States, but I am extremely disgusted with the branch of government known as Congress. If you were to look up the definition of the term "dysfunctional", you'd find a picture of the Senate (The House is somewhat better, though). All I hear about Congress nowadays is them trying to grandstand on all of us, making it look like their pork-laden legislation actually means something! Makes you wonder if the legislative branch of government in the U.S. remembers that they CAN'T enforce any legislation they make under the Seperation of Powers thing...

As a foreigner, I don't like America much. I mean, what's up with the 'I'll sue you!'-attitude?

I don't blame you for hating the lawsuit culture that's corrupted a good deal of people in my country: That's why I don't have faith in the U.S. legal system: Not only do I believe that "fair trials" are nothing more than wishful thinking, but I also believe that crimes are best dealt with by firing squads.

This doesn't change how much pride I have in the U.S, though.

Korea rocks! Compared to the disasters after the korean war, we've been accelerating in technology, economically, and in wealth too.
We've come a long ways from the past and we're also top in sports too.
korea owns the ice track! lol

Even though I'm not proud of my country, I'm still proud of the soldiers that die for my country.
