I go on walks for an hour a day. I jog sometimes too.

Well....I get up out of bed each day.....and my computer chair for food and bathroom etc. It's exhausting.

i do walk and swim and run around like an idiot with my friends but that's just a normal day, i don't consider it exercise.

i do have an exercise routine i do a few times a week;
stretching
running
ankle touches
90 situps/crunches
20 pushups
30 bicycle crunches
60 second plank
10 minutes of yoga to cool down

I try to exercise every day, but it usually ends up being 3-4 days per week. I'll jog for an hour in the morning, take an hour of pilates and another hour of yoga in the afternoon, and throw in some random cardio/weights.

I do at least 20 minutes on a stationery bike. One anime episode every day. The only way you'll see me excersie.

I do chicken wing curls, fork and spoon lifts, toilet squats, bed sit ups and roll overs, occasional frying pan shuffles. Oh and the weekly lawn mower driving.

I try to do about an hour to and hour & a half every-other day. I'll go for a walk along this nice trail by a lake not to far from me. I try to get in about four miles and sometimes I'll run. I also have a pedometer and I usually get over 10K steps every day.... I'm a bit lax on the weekends but I usually make up for it during the week.
I keep track of my time and distance with these places.

Add jogging (and occasionally swimming) and this is me (minus the hiking).
