about 15 minutes a day. feel better than an hour a week. half cardio/weight training (squats,pushups, no weights involved. do have resistance band)

I used to workout six days a week with the assistance of the P90X program, then started swimming laps after finishing. However, I was cursed with a bad knee injury and I had to sit out for a while.

I'm planning on just getting a gym membership and workout six days a week again.

Just enough to make sure my muscles don't deteriorate from sitting in front of a monitor so much.That means a daily hour-long jog.

My excercise depends on whether I work or not, but it's usually either 4 1/2 hrs or 8 on a given day and includes walking.....LOTS of walking, sometimes running, pushing and pulling heavy things and lifting up to 80lbs at a time

I mostly walk. I hate exercising in general, but walks make me feel refreshed.

1-3 hours a day depending on my mood. Tennis, Soccer, Basketball, Cardio (mostly just jogging or biking).

It all went downhill once I couldn't afford my personal trainer anymore </3

Now I just walk/jog about 4-5 times a week.

I'm in the gym anywhere from 3 times a week to 5-6 times a week (depends on the goal).

Right now I'm weight training 3 to 4 times a week and on the days I don't lift I do anywhere from 6-8 rounds of max effort sprints (20 seconds on, 40 seconds off) and then "cool down" on the step mill (basically a treadmill but with stairs instead of a belt) for 15 to 20 minutes.

I jog for 30 minutes (about 3 miles) and do crunches Mon.-Fri. The weekends are my rest days.
