Get out pretty early in the morning to go for a hike and read a book. Also i practice martial arts (Choy Lee Fut) almost everyday, 1 to 2 hours, Also i play some soccer when i can. Trying to play in some team again ^^

and i chase kids around at work... lol...

I used to work out every single day when I played sports back in high school (field hockey and lacrosse), along with karate. After I graduated, I kept up very well with keeping in shape until I landed a decent-paying job. However, it's a really demanding field, and the stress got to me. :<

I'm slowly working my way back into my good old exercising habits. Starting off with 3-5 times a week either at the gym for an hour and/or walking/running outside.
I've tried getting a workout buddy, but they all say I'm too intense haha. *sad face*

I find I prefer working out at night too. Can't do the early morning routine at all.

On stock days i walk about 6 miles round trip to work.. for 5-6 hours I pick up and organize boxes and bags of food/litter/etc ranging from 10-60 lbs. Normal non stock days just the 6 mile walk...

I am currently rebuilding my base conditioning with the following workout 3x per week:

Squats: 40 x 2
Squats with 40lb vest: 20 x 2
Calf Raise/Stretch: 40 x 2
Bench Press (max): 15, 15, 10
Lat Row (max): 16, 12, 8
Biceps Curl 40lb: 12, 10, 6
Romanian Deadlift 100lb: 2 x 20
Shoulder Press 100lb 2 x 20
Stairs: 10 minutes
Reverse Crunches: 2 x 30

It isn't all that much but it is best to build back up from the bottom to avoid (another) injury...


I can't wait to get back to sprints, shuttles, cone drills, and mirror drills.

Road Racer 30-70 miles, Handcycle 10-30miles, Lift, Run 3-5 miles 6minute mile pace, planks for 5-30 minutes, kicking a bag, stretch, late night walks 1-5 miles with friends that are night owls like me, and anime to exercise my mind.

Two hours every other day lift weights for an hour then hit punching bag for another hour. I am going back to school on Monday and I took weightlifting so ill have to adjust my workout.
