50 pushups, walking, light weights, and sit ups. About 3-4 times a week depending on my schedule.

98%+ MHR high intensity every fourth day, that's anywhere from 20-50 minutes depending on the round setup. Trying to get the central nervous system to recover faster. The three days inbetween are mild cardio for recovery, about an hour a piece of tech work.

Runner. Depends on what I'm training for but I run 4 times per week with two days of cross training. This week is 3-4-3-10. I've started training for a January marathon and the mileage slowly increases each week.

I use a treadmill for about an hour every day, and then in the evenings I spend a half hour hitting the punching-bag in my garage.

I exercise...at my job.

I work out everyday throughout the day. I lift weights and go bike riding 1 hour a day every other day.

My daily full body workout routine:

Bench press two 40 pound dumb bells until muscle failure. I would also do push ups throughout the day if I don't feel like benching.
Bent over row two 50 pound dumb bells until muscle failure.
Shoulder press two 40 pound dumb bells until muscle failure.
Curl two 25 pound dumb bells until muscle failure.
Tricep extend a 50 pound dumb bell until muscle failure.
Do unaided sit ups on the ground until muscle failure.
Dead lift two 50 pound dumb bells 10 or more times.
Full and deep squat two 50 pound dumb bells 10 or more times.
Calve raise two 50 pound dumb bells 20 times or more.

Lift weights every morning M-F I literally have my bench press right next to my bed along with other weights lol. And I use a stationary bike on the weekends for about am hour while catching up on some anime. I rigged a holster for my ps4 controller to my stationary bike out of velcro ties so I can plug some headphones into the controller amd stream crunchyroll while on the bike haha.

Also what do you guys use for motivation or got you into working out unless you kinda just do it.
I have no shame in explaining to my friends the reason I started lifting... I once came across a porno where the dude picked up the chick and went at it while holding her up. Ever since I've been lifting in the hope that'll some day I'll be able to do that also. I've had the chance here and there to try but I'm afraid that if I can do it I'll lose all interest in exercise afterwards. Yep

I also have my bench and dumb bells in my room. I work out all throughout the day since I have no excuse not to work since my equipment is so readily available.

Initially for me I was motivated to just take a shot as an undrafted free-agent (NFL) after showing off my raw ability at a regional combine but I tore my achilles tendon last year so that isn't happening.

Power is just so useful; I like being able to do things fast and efficiently without fatigue. That isn't really enough motivation to keep me at it long term so I have also added the goal to lower my body fat percentage so all that work really visible without having to show it off.

Your motivation is.... well... interesting... I suggest you especially work on core power and endurance (all the torso muscles). It would definitely be challenging to maintain balance throughout without it. Even then, just all the motion will likely make you run out of stamina quickly so another main focus should be anaerobic endurance.
