Nice to see its not just me.

I usually watch "crunchyroll" on my Now TV box, and I really like the new layout or what I seen.
but I'm a little disappointed I cant watch any episodes.

I have tryed to run an episode, it buffering and then at 100% it says "Couldn't play video - please check your connection/account and try again."

The main reason I got the membership so I could watch it on the TV ad-free and because the PS3 doesn't have the app.

So far it's unlinked my account (not sure whether this is because of the update or the box as it updated itself) and no matter which episode I choose of anything it won't load for me. I keep getting the same error message as others about checking your connection/account.
It's also much more difficult to pick particular episodes and there's no option to start the episode from the beginning or remove it from the queue.
The old one was looked a little better because it didn't seem as clunky to me.
Also like a lot of others have said it is really slow in comparison to before.

Same problem, used to watch on tablet but got the NOW tv box solely for Crunchyroll but the NOW tv box feels more like a NEVER tv box. Can we get some kind off official update on the problem?

Yep, me too... I've almost given up watching real-time telly in favour of Crunchyroll. Now I can't watch any episodes of anything!
I have NowTV Model No. 2400SK, Serial No. 1MH3AW012224, Software Ver. 5.5 build 430.

Actually, whilst I'm here... Even the old version of Crunchyroll would often not load an episode first time, I'd often have to select it two or three times before anything happened. But at-least it did, eventually.

Same problem for me. It's really pissing me off because we're paying for a service we can't use now. It would be nice if there was some sort of update.

Happening for me too. First happened on the new SAO Episode so I gave it a few days seeing as it was a new update and the new episode had only just come out. Now I'm trying to watch Majimoji Rurumo which has been out for a couple of days and it's still getting to 99% and saying "Couldn't Play Video. Please check your connection/account and try again."
The activation code went through fine (which I had to do again when the update came out).

Very odd, I pretty much only use the NOW TV box for Crunchyroll too

I last heard from Crunchyroll about this problem on Monday when they sent me an email that said-

"We're currently working with Roku to resolve the issues that users with this particular Model are having.

I do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but we're working to get things working ASAP!"

I heard back from them last night, there was a bit of confusion over the nature of the box but they are working with Roku to fix the issue.

So they are looking at it, hopefully it will be fixed soon!

I just contacted them again and had this message back from bjaker:

"Thank you for your follow up.

I've passed your feedback to Product Development."

So I don't think they're actually doing anything.
