Bakuman.

Don't remember if they actually have the wedding, though.

Love Hina and Fruits Basket

Love Hina has a wedding, Fruits Basket ended in them being together, not sure about a wedding though.
Edit: forgot to add Little House with an Orange Roof

I would put "SPOILERS" in the subject title, though it is kind of obvious...

Kimi no Iru Machi and Oh My Goddess! are both manga with weddings in the last chapter, though KnIM has a time-skip after the wedding to when their kid is not only born, but somewhere between 4 and 8 years-old and really ends with a different life milestone several years after the wedding. (The age of Daiki is entirely not stated, but, given Seo's penchant for using character from earlier series in his current work, I wouldn't doubt that we will eventually get a good idea of how old he was supposed to be in that chapter based on his age when he appears in a cameo in Fuuka, in particular, if it turns out that Fuuka's yet unnamed little sister is a classmate of Daiki Karishima, we will know his age pretty exactly. At least we will if you make the assumption that Fuuka's cameo appearance in the final chapter of KnIM is supposed to be immediately before she "meets" Yuu-kun in the first chapter of Fuuka.

OMG literally ends with the wedding.

Bonnouji ends in a wedding. It's a personal favorite of mine.

Threads like these heal my heart and give me more manga to read. I LOVE IT

For a longer read that's pretty old I'd say Maison Ikkoku which is probably my favorite romance series (both as an anime and manga) and in my top 3 of best anime out of the 300+ I've seen so far if that helps indicate its worth. If you don't want to burn through large amount of manga chapters for it you can always watch the anime which has the same ending as the manga. Both have got a wedding+kids ending for multiple couples. It was a very sweet anime/manga by the mangaka who did Inuyasha so style-wise the characters look the same. It may make you frustrated at some points from cliffhangers but it's totally worth trying to marathon. It's 96 episodes or I think 161 chapters
