Gurren Lagann has a horrible ending... i wouldn't recommend it unless you want tragedy.

It's still a wedding, and beautiful in its own way.

Well, in that case, let's include three of my favorite Yuri series:

Aoi Hana (Sweet Blue Flowers)- They don't show the wedding, but everyone is gathering for the wedding of one of their friends. They do show a snippet of the wedding.

Sasameki Koto (Whispered Words) - It ends with Ushio's brother's wedding and is possibly the most wonderful, sweet, and touching ending to a romance manga I have ever read. If you haven't read it, go out there and read it, even if you don't think you like Yuri.

Fu-Fu (Wife and Wife) - This one ends with the wedding of the main couple. It is one of the cutest little Yuri manga around.

The ending to Sumomomo Momomo is pretty much this, although no actual ceremony is shown. The series is subtitled 'the world's strongest bride' so it was really a matter of when rather than if. Viewers of the anime will be happy to know that the anime adaption followed the manga exactly to the halfway point, and that the rest of the storyline is very enjoyable and fulfilling (meaning to say, the MC actually becomes rather competent.)

Maison Ikkoku has to be the best regular manga with a wedding. The most epic harem manga with wedding(s) was Dear S, where the hero marries all of his harem and sails off in a space ship to become the father of the race.

Chibi Vampire.

They don't show the marriage, but the two do marry and they give an after story of sorts afterwards.
Whatever the case, its definitely a good read.
