Just to say, I have a harmony 555 that works fine. So you can either ignore that model or try one as a working reference model.

Latest update and I still have the skipping remote. Looks like you STILL forgot to debounce the IR remote commands.

We're experiencing the same issue as well. On top of the rest of the awkward UI decisions, this makes using Crunchyroll a very frustrating experience.

I'l just like to add in that it's still doing the same currently with the Harmony 700. The remote has been amazing to work my home entertainment system, but this one little bug is kinda annoying. Would appreciate if the app producers could figure out what's causing this and get it fixed up.

I'm also experiencing this issue with my Harmony 650, and would appreciate a fix. Obviously I can still use the Roku remote and things work correctly, but it is a mild inconvenience when I can use my universal remote for everything else including other services on the Roku.

This is how to fix the left and right arrows repeating in Crunchyroll on Roku when using a Harmony remote.

Using the Harmony app on your phone, i used the Android one.

Hit the menu button on the top left
HARMONY SETUP
ADD/EDIT DEVICES & ACTIVITIES
DEVICES
ROKU
COMMAND REPEATS
Change it from 3 to 2.
Right arrow on top right
Right arrow on top right (again)
X on top right

That should fix it, at least it did for me.

Yep changing the repeat setting worked for me, thanks for suggesting that! I used the desktop program and set the command repeat for the Roku to 1 and things now work correctly. Directions for how to change the command repeat for the desktop and app version can be found here:
