We all die alone, don't you think?

Perhaps this is a lonely, sad thing. I personally think it's just the way it is, not really sad. We can't take anything with us, after all, so why bother have someone see us off? What do you think? Do you believe you'll die alone?

Two ways you can look at this. One is your way. Second is when you are dying people are by your side till you pass.

Having people watch me die? The hell is this, a snuff film?

You may literally do the act of dying alone, but you may have someone by your side as you die which sounds comforting.

I will probably die alone, unless it's some instance where it's an accident and someone comes running up to my broken body and says "OMG ARE YOU OKAY?!"
And then I'll just be like:

technically speaking yeah of course your going out alone, but spending your life with a significant other and dying while together is what most people are gonna asume you mean. in that case no, of course i wont die alone.

"Every living creature on earth dies alone" - Grandma Death. I am totally okay with this thought. I think that death would be more peaceful if I were physically alone at the moment I die. I would want to be in a moment of reflection and in a spiritual place. I believe that if someone were with me I'd be concerned for their emotions and unable to have a calm "drifting off into the light" if you will. I enjoy life but the thought of death is comforting. The idea that we die alone not physically but spiritually makes sense, but I view it more as a joining of my energy with the universe, I don't think of that as being alone, but rather a union. ^.^

I'm just going to make peace with it and stop caring until the time for me to die arrives.

I think I will be with people when I die. I've been told I wouldn't live too long due to health, so I already kinda prepared what might happen.

I'm probably going to die alone, but it is the method of departure and location that are my top priority rather than in whose company.

I'm pretty much living alone, so pretty sure I'll die alone too.
While I do find it sad that I'll die alone, I'd prefer dying alone over dying with people I don't like by me. Same applies to living.
