I would throw a carne asada party and invite all my friends and family. I would read some poetry, watch anime, and water my plants one last time. I would call my family when I'm on my deathbed and get a priest to preform the last rites.

I'm buddying you cuz you're awesome and I don't always talk about dark shit like this with guys in the forum. Plus one for being awesome.

Well...I myself hope there's nothing in the afterlife. It would belittle the point of life, for me, in my opinion, if such an afterlife existed that was much better. That's just me though. I'd rather live, die and stay dead.

Humans fear death, a natural occurrence, but is it not possible to be at peace with our deaths, and not worry constantly about what happens beyond the grave?

Well, thanks.

Personally, I like the idea of re-incarnation of some sort. The downside is that you won't be able to remember what you learned in your last life so you might just end up making the same mistakes every time. I think people would live quite differently in different circumstances though, even if they're the same person at the core every time.

Alternatively, maybe we're kind of "knowledge bees" that appear in the world, acquire knowledge and experience and then return it to the "hive" when we die. Then you go out again for another run. I don't know what the "honey" would be in this analogy though, I haven't thought it through that much.

I don't know if it's worth worrying about what happens, we'll find out when we get there (or if it's just oblivion we won't be able to worry about it anyway).

I would celebrate as best as I possibly could. That means I would marathon as much anime as possible until I die.

Try to save a life, somehow, someway. Organ donation or something like that, make sure they were extra fresh and ready to go.

remove myself from existence.
Transfer all my money to someone, cancel all subscriptions and email accounts, erase internet history and set a time bomb on something meaningful for midnight.

I would most likely do all i can to get with my girlfriend, but the issue is that she is across the state, but i will find a way to spend the day with her.

I probably wouldn't do anything different than what I normally do. Maybe I would try to talk to some people I haven't spoken to in a long time.

Inwardly despair, but put on a mask of normalcy. Most likely, I'd wander a little ways off from everyone to die with as much secrecy as possible. Preferably, I'd make sure that they'd have trouble finding my corpse, if they do at all. I'd rather not exasperate the trauma that my family would face by forcing them to watch my inevitable demise, and I'm not interested in scarring strangers by putting them through the same.

Wouldn't that leave them unsure if you were really dead or if you'd just left/been taken? That sounds kind of bad too. It's kind of a lose/lose though I guess.

I figured that since the OP doesn't specify how we'd die in the scenario, my "mysterious disappearance" beats the possibility of "entertaining" people with a horrific death. Mystery is significantly less likely to induce PTSD.

I would eat all the baklava I could, then run around town, and swim in the lake. I love running. And swimming. Afterwards I would go hang out with my friends. All. Night. Long. No Regrets.

Best end:
-Write a will and make arrangements to have it posthumously notarized.
-Go to Toys R' Us to pick up a few things, make earnest phone calls to my friends.
-Take my family to eat at a few good restaurants, traffic permitting. Have evening tea with them.
-Go out to the park at midnight, bringing the things I've purchased from the toy store. Have a light saber duel with all my friends, knowing they like Star Wars.
-Return home and die peacefully.

Bad end:
-Do every imaginable crime under the sun.
-Acts of destruction and violence directed against company property, banks, and their employees.
-Ruin the homes and possessions of a few people I despise.

True end:
-Come to terms with the circumstances.
-Write an impromptu will and a few personal letters.
-Stay home. Watch anime. Indulge in bacon.
-Die unceremoniously.

I dunno.

I'd probably just eat and sleep...nothing else could give me joy because alas, I'm dying tomorrow. XD
