what type of acton hero do you prefer to save the day the male hero of female heroine?

i feel like there are too many stories with the male hero who saves the day and not enough of stories with the awesome female heroine who saves the day

I say sex doesn't matter as long as someone does it.

i do agree sex doesnt matter but when you get a whole buntch of these big name action ones where the MC male hero gets to be a badass there needs to also be some stories where the MC Female Heroine gets to be a badass aswell to even it out

Yeah definitely. Akame Ga Kill has quite a few badass women, and it's taking off quite a bit. Might start a trend, who knows.

I don't really mind either way, but anime could always use more heroines.

It's my favorite current series by a long shot. I still haven't recovered from Sheele's death, it was a total sucker shot by that psycho, and I feel like Bulat may be next. I haven't read the manga though, so I'm a step behind a lot of other people who know at least somewhat what's gonna happen.....Don't know how I'll handle Bulat possibly being killed...His hair is just too beautiful.

Too many female heroes and too many of those are little girls.
I don't know if it's a case of writers trying to avoid looking sexist and staying away from the damsel in distress or if it's purely for fanservice.
Bring back the male role models.

As long as they aren't generic, as so many seem to be, I'm all right with either.

too many of that already need more female kickass characters whats wrong with the heroine who saves the day outside the magical girl genre more shonen style
