A few months ago I became a premium member, but then cancelled after a month or two. Unfortunately, my account has continued to be charged after all the time that has passed and it has gotten to the point where I am very low on money. I am a college student and can't afford much more of this. I looked everywhere on my account and I am definitely not a premium member anymore, so why am I being charged? Can an admin or someone else please stop my card from being billed?

As per the previous reply and per the notice at the head of this section of the forum, you should contact support directly for any billing issues (as resolving them may involve the exchange of private information).

Did you set up payment directly via a credit card on the Crunchyroll website, or did you subscribe with iTunes? If the latter, you would need to contact iTunes support.
