normally ill skip breakfast and lunch just because of work, but i try to be healthy sometimes, i rather choose sleep or work over eating at times

Fitness is a hobby of mine, so I normally fast anywhere from 16-20 hours every day. I work the graveyard shift right now, but if you want to look at it from a normal schedule, I would have dinner at about 7pm, but not eat until at least 11am. I eat most of my food after I workout, so I don't end up eating until about 1 or 2 pm. So basically I only give myself a 5-8 hour window to eat all of my calories. I've gotten good results in muscle gains, fat loss, and more energy during my day. It's called Intermittent Fasting if anyone is interested.

I tend to eat large breakfasts, medium lunches, and often skip dinner because I'm busy or I'm simply not hungry. Can't say it's a fantastic diet or anything, but it works for me.

I usually only eat dinner.

The only time I ever ate lunch was in school and I never eat breakfast.

If I am busy ill skip breakfast and just drink a large glass of milk to tide me over lately. I haven't been eating lunch just dinner.

entirely too often... and if i skip one meal i typically eat very little for the rest of the day.

9:00am – Second Breakfast
11:00am – Elevenses
1:00pm – Luncheon
4:00pm – Afternoon Tea
6:00pm – Dinner
8:00pm – Supper

not usually but it depends on how tired i am or what not, if i have a fat breakfast and lunch i might skip dinner or if my sleep chedule is fucked up i will skip a meal not that i meant to

This summer iv been missing breakfast a lot because i will sleep really late lol. When School starts up ill be eating breakfast more often though.

I used to skip meals but as I got older my body started to revolt to that treatment and make me want to take naps in the middle of the day. I don't eat much of a meal except dinner during the week and lunch on the weekends. A LOT of people I know are diabetic and they kind of snack all day and they seem to get along well so I try to do that too. I also find if I have more small meals throughout the day I eat less at night and I keep the weight off. It's also easier to loose weight when I find the need to do it.

LOL yeah I agree! Especially when I'm stuck in a anime/ game streak.. I completely forget what a meal is..
