Do you ever take breaks after watching too much anime?
In a four day span I watched forty episodes of Fairy Tail and few episodes of Cardcaptor Sakura. My personal marathon started last Friday and ended on Tuesday.
I feel like I need a break.

I marathoned One Piece for 10 hours each day for a week without taking breaks. I even ate my lunch and dinner at my computer because I was enjoying it that much. This was during a school break for which I had one week off and I decided to spend my entire time not doing anything but watching One Piece... If I didn't have to go to school within the next week, I would of still kept going...

I would say that I only take a break from anime if I can't find something I like... so I would take that time to research what other anime are out there that I can watch.

I get burnt out sometimes and just want to... do something. Key word is sometimes.

I marathoned Dragonball Z "Buu" saga (about 100 episodes) and I didn't look at another anime for about two or three weeks....

I proceeded to marathon Star Trek Voyager after that.....

One summer, I mrathoned 500 episodes of One Piece in 2 months. I felt tired, but I felt happy.

When you overindulge, you get bored with something. Watch a little then save the rest for later.

I rarely binge-watch or marathon anime. (Except for Steins;Gate, that's the only anime I've done so with this year).

I normally reserve 4-12 hour sessions for gaming, and for anime I like to stick to a few episodes here and there.

Spent 2 weeks watching all of Fairy Tail. I would wake up, turn on my xbox, and watch Fairy Tail. Great learning experience though. I wouldn't recommend.

I've binged the whole series of DBZ in 2 days. I felt so satisfied.
But I took like a 2 month break from anime and just stuck to TV/movies or video games. XD

Every once in a while when seasons change and I can't find any new anime I like I take a break until a bunch of new stuff comes out a month or 2 later. I just stick to fanfiction or video games to fill in the gap. o:

Last year or 2 years ago before I was 18 I would pull off all nighters watching various anime's. My breaks are extended hours of sleeping of course then back to it

I just go through phases where I like anime and where I don't. Right now I like anime but probably by the beginning of next year I'll have lost interest and absorbed myself in something else. After a few months I'll start liking anime again.
