The only musical I know that was turned anime is "The Trapp Family Singers" which is the anime version of "The Sound of Music". Too bad there isn't much singing there though, except during the children's practice, contest participation and concerts. There's also "The Adventures of Peter Pan".

There are others that I know of but I think most of them are from novels but I don't know if they were turned into a musical. Some of those are Daddy Long Legs, Little Women, Secret Garden, Romeo's Blue Sky, Princess Sarah or The Little Princess, and Remi.

I wonder if there's gonna be an anime version of "Miss Saigon"?
