One Piece, I Have Been With It For 4 Years Now, And All The Adventures.
The Fun Times To The Depressed Times That Had Made Me Cry, The Anime Is Amazing.
It's Like These Characters Are Parts Of Me And I Would Gladly Grow Up And Die With Them.
They Will Always Have A Special Place In My Heart.

Clannad After Story... Even after more than 5 years passed, I still remember it in my heart. I don't think I'll ever forget it.

We should never ask these questions, expecting people to give only 1 response. It just won't happen with all the great anime out there. :)

Nearly every anime I've watched has an emotional connection with me since they're connected to moments or people in my life.

All the sad ones have already been mentioned, but there's one that always has the power to make me feel good after I've had a rotten day.

I just watch an episode of Nanaka 6/17 and no matter how crappy I feel at the beginning, it all melts away by the end.

Little Busters and FMA also did that to me as well.
Hugh's scene with the colonel made me shed a few tears.

grave of the fireflies made me cry so hard, that was the first time a piece of media made me shed manly tears, and teaches not to take your family for granted no matter how annoying they may be, or how great you get along. Family is family.

Clannad after story, like many others, for the train scene when he was telling about stories about mommy. I was crying so hard, i was a crying mess for like half an hour haha, my parents thought I was having a break down.

When you've experienced so many shows and medias that can move a man (or woman) to tears you know it's done its job. No matter who you are or what you've been through, if it doesn't make you feel a thing you aren't human.

There was something extraordinarily lonely about Kaiba. Took a long time to shake it off.

Grave of the Fireflies.
Just try to watch that without crying.

Casshern Sins.
I watched it at exactly the right time in my life to appreciate the exploration of death and life.

FMA 2003
I've watched the sad scenes in Brotherhood and read them in the manga, and they just did not have the same impact as the first anime. I also found some of the mechanics of the universe and the different character developments had more impact than how things went in the manga (e.g., who killed Winrey's parents).
