How did your parents meet? Part 2
Posted 12/2/14
Dad likes to make up elaborate stories every time he's asked that, ranging from catching her attention by wolf whistling to saving her from thugs. All complete bull of course lol. They met through my grandparents.

Parents met when two mutual friends brought them to their first and only game of Dungeons and Dragons during middle school They became friends, were in the high school marching band, starting going out when my dad was a Sophomore and my mom a freshman. Got married 6 years later, basically a month after my mom graduated. Why couldn't I have been so lucky too

That's actually really romantic

Sounds like the parent trap did u have an evil step mom?

I couldn't say if she's evil.
The mom that I knew is not my mom.
My name is not my name.
My home is not my home.
My life is not my life.

Once upon a time, there was a guy in high school. He had his eyes on a certain Gal around the same age as him. He would always try his best get to court her (according to my mom). This guy, with the help of a good friend, tried for years to win the heart of this lady. One day his trusted wing man thought, " You know what I've been trying for years to help you get with her. She is pretty attractive, why don't I try to get with her?"
And in a surprising act of betrayal, that is precisely what he did. The wingman and the woman lived happily ever after having two kids, never speaking with the wingman's friend... at least till years later, when the guy had a wife and kids of his own.

My dad was working at resort in Delaware (where he lived), and my mom was on vacation/work from OH (where she lived). My dad just went up to her, sat down beside her and started talking to her. Soon after that they decided to move to Florida together.
Nothing too special
