While I think certain plastic surgery and implants are unnecessary, I do not think that is the case for members of the trans community. It is a bit annoying, to say the least, when people like the human ken doll can get similar operations covered by their insurance, but when it comes to a transwoman wanting facial feminization and hormone replacement therapy, they are oh so often denied by insurance. As someone who is transsexual it is difficult waking up each morning, looking in the mirror, and seeing a man looking back at me. The same goes for so many other people and being able to make the change definitely is a health benefit.

*Transsexual - anyone who has the desire and/or have begun or completed the transformation into their identified (not assigned) gender/sex

People need more discernment so they can realize if they really need a surgery or not. If you were born ugly or you have some kind of disfigurement, surgery is totally understandable. But if you're fine as is (small boobs are NOT a problem), then don't get surgery for a bad reason.

Surgery should only be done when necessary for health reasons, not cosmetic ones. Unless you need a part of your face replaced, you can just build up some self esteem. Otherwise you're basically advertising to everyone that you don't really have any. o.o

Other people may see it differently. But when I see someone who's had work done for superficial reasons and not vital ones, it's just kind of sad more than anything else.

Mm I personally don't care if someone got implants. Of course I'd prefer it if my partner remained the way that he is. Why fix something that doesn't need fixing ya know?

I personally for a while have considered getting implants but eh.

If you feel the need to change yourself through surgery then more power to you. It's not my body so I have absolutely no say. I wouldn't mind going out with someone who's had cosmetic surgery either. Plus Implants that is all unless their ridiculously huge.

Nope. There's some places near me that do plastic surgery and I gargle every time I walk past them. Disgusting stuff, man. If you weren't maimed in an accident, your likely perfectly fine as is. There's no need to start melting your face back and looking like the Joker.

I don't mind what other people do to their bodies, they should be able to do what makes them feel good.

But if it's about a hypothetical gf, I don't think a person that needs/wants an implant would be right for me to be with, simply because they are not my type. But if they somehow were, I would support it.

It's their choice I guess but it would certainly put me off dating them. You have to be really vain to want to pay all that money and be willing to have surgery with all the risks involved just to look better.

Its completely fine.
I personally don't want them but if other ppl do then w/e. Its none of my businesses & I can't tell them what they can or can't do.
