Um. I've gotten over my "first" love I suppose. I haven't quite gotten over my most recent one.

You kids these days probably too young to know what the cure for a broken heart is. The cure is... The Cure. Depressing and romantic, it will empathize with you and get you through it.

As a youngin, I can't really say whether I experienced love or not. Infatuation or a crush, probably. In middle school, I dated this boy and it was probably the first time I felt like that. I had butterflies constantly, and my head was fuzzy. But this only lasted for about a month. Turned out he was gay. And so was I. HAHA. Well, pansexual, but "same difference" as they say. I was forced to get over him. I was already over him as soon as I broke up with him, though.

I'm too young to know much about love as I lack experience, but I believe that eventually you'll move on. It'll hurt, understandably, but only time heals the pain. When it comes to "first loves" I think you always cherish and remember the memories you shared. Even when you do move on you'll always be grateful for what you shared with your partner. Because it's the first time you open up to someone that deeply. Unless of course it was a messy ending

Haven't been in love.

(Technically I have been... But it was just for 3 weeks... He didn't agree to go further. Just the start of it so I don't think it counts)

Yet I still felt suicidal and stuff, but I got over it after a week. So I don't it counts cuz I wasn't deeply in love. I think I would die if I reached that point and someone dumps me (without a good reason)

Yes, It took me about 6 months to completely get over him.
Its been 2 years now just recently kept writing me on facebook, but I did not respond, eventually I blocked him I got tired of seeing his annoying messages. I felt a little stalked... He seems soo pathetic to me now & honestly I regret ever even getting back with him.
Wasted time!!

My advice is in order to be able to move on from your first love you have to actually be willing to move on.
If you keep letting yourself think of him/her then you aren't really willing to move on, a little part of you still wants to hold on.
Which I understand especially if there are good memories that you wish lasted but you have to remember the bad things instead of the good things.

If that person cheated on you then in my opinion its even easier to move on because if someone cheats on you then that means they don't love you regardless of what they said to you.
You CANNOT cheat on someone you love & people need to get this through their heads!
Being drunk is also not a excuse so if someone cheats on you end it and every time you miss them just remind yourself that they messed around with someone else while they were with you.

Keep yourself occupied, go work out or watch non romance anime or shows that don't have romance in it that way you don't start thinking about your ex and miss them every time a romantic scene comes out.
Get a job if you don't have one, it will keep you occupied and then you will have money to spend. Trust me shopping heals lol
Working out helps your health and gives you confidence in order to move one and know that you can find someone better.
Plus you get to take out the anger inside you by doing pushups, lifting weights and running.

It totally sucks when that guy you fall likes everybody else BUT you, but you really learn who your best friends are and like Cleruninja said, depressing music, oddly, helps you get through it.
