If there's a thread like this, I'm sorry for inconveniencing y'all.

Sure, the "bigger" things in life, such as your personal goals, money, etc. are important. But what about the small things? What are some small things you appreciate/love in life? Some of these things a lot a people may not have. Don't take 'em for granted! Reflect on it, and really appreciate the feeling of being wrapped up in a warm blanket fresh out of the dryer, or the way a cold sheet or pillow feels on your bed.

Edit: I'm glad you guys caught on to the Blink-182 reference!

All the small things
True care, truth brings
I'll take one lift
Your ride best trip

Always I know
You'll be at my show
Watching, waiting, commiserating

Say it ain't so,
I will not go,
Turn the lights off,
Carry me home

Na, na...

Late night, come home
Work sucks, I know
She left me roses by the stairs,
Surprises, let me know she cares

Say it ain't so,
I will not go,
Turn the lights off,
Carry me home

Na, na...

Say it ain't so,
I will not go,
Turn the lights off,
Carry me home

Keep your head still,
I'll be your thrill,
The night will go on,
My little windmill

Say it ain't so,
I will not go,
Turn the lights off,
Carry me home

Keep your head still,
I'll be your thrill,
The night will go on,
The night will go on,
My little windmill

Yeah I mean I love all the small things, such as going away to college and apple shampoo, but nobody likes you when you're 23, so we just go around on the carousel until we say "Dammit, I've had enough".

Blink 182? Same here, first think that comes to my mind. ^^

Every little moment i have with my family and friends. The beautiful blue sky and sunny days. Being alive to live these moments. At first, they all may seem part of the routine, but when you feel shitty or you think of life without them, you'll give more importance to that. Also, life is all about small things rather than big ones.

One time a guy in high school who I never talked to called my name and asked me what I thought on the topic that was mentioned in class. It was out of nowhere... But it stuck with me for five years. It was a small thing, but big thing to me. Ever since then I had a huge crush on him.

First time I actually seen the lyrics... I been making words up for the song, instead of saying "I'll be your thrill" I use to say I'll be your pillow.

small things ive learned are precious.

toilet paper.
function toilet.
showers.
AC.
gasoline.
having a bed.
internet access.
sleep.

and people who have never been poor say money cant buy happiness.
when ur toilet is about to fall through the floor, and you have no water in ur house, you realize, that yes, money can buy happiness.

When I can forget the physical pain from arthritis. Having a steak cooked by somebody else and done to my taste. When I have dreamless sleep. I agree with Nemoskull that toilet paper, functioning toilets are a good thing.
