Russian cosmonauts claim to have found sea plankton living on the outside of the international space station. Nasa still needs to confirm .Do you believe Russians?

tardigrades(water bears)have been previously confirmed living(?) on outer space structures.
they were in a hibernated state. but microorganisms can live in space!
