Inside the massive and dense Jungle of Viridis, there was a stranger with a cloak over their body, it could also be seen that the stranger was hiding their face behind the cloak's hood, the stranger's pace was graceful and slow making it seem almost leisurely. The stranger looked around the jungle wondering what the mystery of the jungle was that had everyone stumped, however as the stranger walked in the jungle they were stopped when the sound of laughter came from not only the stranger's left but also the right, the stranger turned both left and right and spotted Bandits coming out from the shadows of the tree's.

"Oh my, what do we have here? A cloaked figure trying to hide the valuable goods we like to steal?"

One of the bandits said as he approached the stranger, the bandit then got confident and took off the hood of the cloak and the stranger still didn't move, however for a couple of seconds the bandit was stuck in place as he was dumbstruck by the beauty of the woman in the cloak, but he was brung back to reality when he noticed the eyes of the woman were locked onto him and to him the expression in the woman's eyes screamed danger.

"What's your name sweet cheeks?"

The bandit asked smiling as he became confident again, he knew that the woman was alone, so he was confident in their difference in numbers, however when the woman didn't answer the bandit became slightly irritated and tried to grab the woman to intimidate her. But the woman grasped his left hand with her right before saying.

"You touch me without my permission and I'll kill you"
"Have you not been paying attention to the numbers you are surrounded by? You are outnumbered so what makes you think you can get away with being confident"

The woman's eyes and stance were reserved, however the woman let go of the bandit and he smiled as he got his friends to draw their weapons, the bandit then said.

"Take off that cloak and give it to us along with any other valuables you have, unless you want us to have our way with you"
"If you want my gear or me then come and get it"

The woman said and one of the bandits engaged swinging his sword, however the woman ducked the cloak was caught by the sword and ripped to the point where the woman instead took it off and the bandit who had threatened the woman was drawn to the woman's right arm which had a pitch black armour piece over it. The woman raised her left hand to one of the strange circles on her belt and after tapping it, it expanded outwards before she reached in and pulled out something that made all of the bandits laugh, to them it was a piece of paper, but to her.

"Vajra spell Talisman, Iron cliff wall come forth at once"

The woman threw the paper, the paper hovered in mid air which caused the bandits to stand there ground as they didn't want to jump into trouble. The paper then disappeared before a giant wall of light appeared, it had the same symbols and inscribing as the piece of paper did, however as the woman jumped through it, it covered her body before disappearing and over and on her body were the same symbols but glowing light blue. The woman smiled clearly ready for a fight with the bandits who had been dumb enough to decide to pick a fight with her.

Thurstan, hearing the commotion in the distance, walked in the direction of the noises. He drew his katana, not knowing if there was some sort of trap planned for him if it was just a normal group of people exploring the jungle, something he'd grown accustomed to. Once he reached the area the noise originate from, he saw a large group of bandits surrounding a woman with a floating piece of paper. He sheathed the katana and leaned up against the big tree that he was in front of. He watched the group, waiting to see what would happen. He felt it wasn't necessary to help any party out, as it wasn't his business. It didn't matter to him if the bandits killed and looted the woman, and it wasn't his problem if the woman killed all the bandits. If either party attacked him, however, he would slaughter anyone who attacked him, But until then, he would just sit back and watch the show.

The Bandits surrounding the woman looked at each other before smiling as they advanced towards her and she smiled before she moved and as one of them swung at her she raised her right arm stopping the blade instantly, the woman jumped into the air and flipped over the bandit whose sword had been stopped by her armour piece, she then grabbed the head of the bandit before snapping it, she then landed onto the ground and then stepped backwards as she dodged one of the other bandits attacks and she then stood behind him before driving her right arm through the bandit's chest.

It didn't take long after her two kills for the bandits to be discouraged and then run away with their tails tucked in between their legs, however as soon as the bandits were gone the woman spoke something under her breath and the enchantment that had surrounded her body disappeared, but the woman smiled as she said.

"Those cowards really should have thought twice before fighting me"

The woman sighed outwardly before moving towards a tree where she sat down and leaned against the tree before yawning and closing her eyes as she decided to rest for a bit before continuing her travels.

Thurstan watched as the woman killed two of the men, sending the others fleeing in fear. He smiled a bit, something he didn't do often. He was both impressed at her skill and how easily she took out two of the bandits, and shocked at how she did it. After seeing the floating paper by her side, he assumed she would be some sort of magic user. But seeing the woman take the bandits out with her bare hands showed him otherwise. He watched her walk over to another tree, not far from his and seemingly go to sleep.

"Bad idea. What if the bandits come back with more allies? Or what if some sort of animal were to attack you in your sleep?"

He thought aloud. He wasn't going to help her if she was attacked, unless she asked for it, of course. Even though Thurstan didn't really like the idea of helping out others, he wasn't usually one to turn down someone he could easily help out, especially if it involved killing some low life scum that took joy in killing, raping and robbing people. Those were the type of people who kill his parents, after all. And that was something he'd never forget if he had the choice to spare or execute a bandit. He walked over to the two bandits and threw the one with a snapped neck on top of the one with hole in his chest. He pushed the to the side and into the grass, giving them to whatever predator got to them first. He walked back over to the tree and lit up a cigarette as he leaned back against the tree, taking a quick puff to pass the time. He didn't have anything better to do then to sit around, so why not do something he enjoyed while he waited?

"I take it you aren't the chivalry type then?"

The woman said her voice very close to Thurstan making it clear that she had moved silently to now stand near Thurstan, however she was out of arm's reach and the space put between them was enough for her to make a move in case Thurstan made a move towards her in a hostile form. She then smiled as she said.

"Was there a point in moving the bodies of the deceased? Any predators in this forest would have eventually found the bodies and eaten them anyway"

Thurstan looked at the woman, surprised at how silent she had been. With his good sense of hearing, he should've been able to hear her, but he didn't. He shrugged it off

"I would've burned the corpses, but that would've taken more effort then I was willing to give to scum like them."

He said dryly. He noticed she placed herself at a safe distance away from him just in case he attacked her.

"Don't worry, I don't intend on attacking you. Not unless you attack me first, that is."

He said again. He took out a cigarette and offered it to the woman

"You want one? I usually smoke after a fight, y'know, to take the edge off."

He explained. He wasn't sure what to say to the woman, as he usually didn't have a conversation that lasted this long nowadays.

"I appreciate the offer, but I'll pass"

The woman said before she slowly approached Thurstan, but as she did so her eyes could be seen looking Thurstan as if she was sizing him up, she then stopped next to him before she smiled and said.

"My name is Seira Otoshiro, what is your name? And why are you wandering the Jungle?"

Thurstan closed the carton and put them in his pocket. He looked at Seira, debating on if he should give her his real name. In the end, he decided to do it, as she already gave him her name

"Thurstan Arrington. And I live in this jungle, I don't wander through it. I only came here to see what was going on"

He said. He noticed she had gotten closer, maybe as a sign of trust. Or maybe it was a trick to get him to let his guard down. Not that it mattered, however

Seira stood there surprised as Thurstan said that he lived in the jungle, she found herself unable to find the words as to whether he was insane, or brave, or just weird, Seira thought to ask the question as to why he lived in the jungle but she figured that he had his reasons and they weren't any business of hers so instead she finally decided on saying.

"It's nice to meet you Thurstan... you must be one weird guy if you live in the jungle"

Thurstan brushed off the comment about her assuming he was weird. Usually, someone would be upset or angry about being called weird. But not him. His appeance to other people didn't mater to him like it did most other people.

"I guess you could say that. Why are you wandering the jungle?"

He asked. If she was going to ask him questions, then he was going to ask her questions as well

"That's a hard question to answer for me"

Seira replied as she begun thinking about the best way to answer the question posed to her, she raised her right arm and looked at the pitch black armour piece on her arm before she smiled softly and put her left hand on it before stroking it almost lovingly, Seira then lowered both her arms before she looked at Thurstan and said.

"I am a mage who studies both the close range combat arts and the mage arts, I have been travelling to discover different ways of improving myself and my skills, I have learnt many things over the short amount of time I have been travelling, but I still have a long way to go before...... oh dear what am I saying I am sorry for rambling a little there"

Seira finished, she giggled a little before she just smiled at Thurstan before she added.

"It might sound like a strange question, but could you help me understand the art of close range combat a little better by teaching me a thing or two?"

Thurstan thought about the request for a moment, debating on whether or not he wanted to be alone. He decided it would be better to ask about what she wanted to learn, how long she would be there, and what kind of close range combat she wanted to learn

"How long will you stay, and what type of close range combat? Sword or hand to hand?"

He asked. He wasn't really to ecstatic on the whole idea, but he had nothing better to do, so he decided to help her out.

Seira stood there thinking about how to reply, she then thought about what Thurstan might want for himself and she said.

"I don't like to be a bother so I'll probably only stay a day or two at best, and I'm more of a hand to hand combat fighter because it goes along with my enchantments better than a sword will.... but if you don't wish to teach me anything I will simply be on my way, I don't wish to impose"

Thurstan sighed. He hadn't wished for the training to last for more then a day. But he'd need to get over it. It'd be stupid for someone like him to turn down anything solely based on how long they'd be staying.

"Ok, follow me. I'll lead you to my house. It'll take me a minute to set up some of the things I use for training, so you can wait for me inside if you wish."

He said. He started to walk off in the opposite direction, back down from where he came.
