Looks really good

I'm about halfway with painting my AMX-30B, should look good when it's done though!

Are you planning on doing anything with the tracks? I guess that's harder as they look to be vinyl ones... The AMX's are 160 parts each xD

Looks good though nice one!

I actually was planning on doing a bit of work on them once I got the tamiya weathering and pigments kits, but for now here's an update because for some reason I could not resist doing more with it.

The tamiya weathering sets are really nice, I found my set today, along with that really nice tamiya masking tape... Had been looking for it for ages! My brother wants to airbrush a geometric camouflage pattern onto his 1/35 Leopard, so that'll be interesting...

Reminds me, I need to get more pictures of my AMX on here, no reason why not!

Did you do those oil streaks on the front glacis plate with really thinned paint or some other method?
Also I think it'd look pretty good of you do some dry brushing I'm doing paint chipping on my amx but that needs a metal coloured undercoat...

Yeah! I did them by hand, but they're not oil streaks. It's years of weathering and rain as it's supposed to have been broken down in the middle of the tropical forests of Vietnam! I used thinned down Citadel washes, namely the Nulin Oil wash, along with Agrax Earthshade. A 1-1 mix of the two creates a nice effect, but for straight-up rain streaking I used Nulin Oil.
