I was just wondering did any one ever play or collect any type of trading cards when you were kids or do you still play or collect them right now. I used to play a lot of yugioh when i was a kid and i collected pokemon card's. Still have them in my old binders i really enjoy looking back through them and thinking of the times i used to be a beast at the game. My favorite cards were Dark Magician girl and also Black luster soldier envoy of the beginning .

I had hundreds of Pokemon cards and even more Yu-Gi-Oh. I was ace at that stuff. Gave it around the age of 11, and never went back into it.

Back in middle school it was pokemon. High School was MTG. No longer play either and sold them all. I do have an almost complete DBZ Shadow Dragon set. Never played it though.

I collected Marvel and DC cards as a child. Still have all those cards, too. Then, in 1994, my friend introduced me to MTG, which I gave up after I graduated, because there was no around campus who played. Just last year, one of my co-workers asked if I still had my cards. Apparently, his brothers played, got him into it, and he wanted to play against someone other than them. Shortly after we began having matches during our breaks, we found out that three other co-workers also played. Now, throughout the day, you'll see a group of adults upstairs in the breakroom goofing around with cards, and, yes, we get made fun of for it, but what does everyone else do? They fool around with Candy Crush on their phones, or whatever F2P garbage is currently popular. Anyways, I'm the "old" player of the bunch, so my decks are primarily filled with outdated stuff that I creatively work with to win against sets that are ridiculously overpowered by comparison.

I'd often have a Yu-Gi-Oh duel with my step brother when I was younger. I can't remember all the tricks now, but I do remember trap cards were your best friends.

I also still have a scrap book of Pokemon cards, but I never knew how to play with them. I just collected them. I also recently started collecting Magic the Gathering cards. I bought two at FantasyCon this year, from the original artist!

YuGiOh! and Pokemon when I was in elementary, though I never got my hands on more than a few cards, and gave up. I was too broke to buy what I wanted, and I've always been hesitant to ask my parents (and essentially anyone else) for anything (even if it was just to look at something).

I used to love Yugioh in middle and high-school. A lot of us used to play before class and stuff. I think my favorite card in any deck I made had to be Maha Vailo, otherwise known as the ultimate beat stick. I still have some of the gba games (I like the yugioh video games that were the same as the TCG but not really the other ones)

Also had a starter deck for Digimon and I thought that was fun. Tried MTG and even got some cards but beside the awesome artwork I didn't really get into it.
