Haha! The oldest gamer I have ever met happens to be my Uncle ( 42 ) as well, he plays Military Simulation games like Arma and the youngest would have to be my Twin Sisters ( 10 ) that play Pokemon!

Hehe...well youngest would probably be me and my siblings since they took after me. I would guess like...5-6. I started with SNES and Genesis(Sonic, Zelda:LttP, Mario), My lil sister started on N64 with Harvest Moon 64 and my lil brother started with Animal Crossing on gamecube. My oldest would be my grandpa who...passed away over a decade ago now at about 61 I think? He got me my N64 and used to play with me all the time(first big screen TV I gamed on..was awesome). Lots of Star Fox, Mario Kart and pretty much every 3D Platformer we'd play together. My dad would tease him because he'd be trying to collect stars in Mario or Puzzle Pieces in Banjo Kazooie when I wasn't there.

Youngest person would be me and my brothers. Started when we were like 4-5 I believe playing the PS1. I don't know anybody who plays video games who is somewhat old so I guess my dad. He played a little Gran Turismo with me a long long time ago.

The youngest would be my nephew, he started playing deadspace at 5 or 6.
And the oldest is my grandma she would play with us on the ps1.

I guess the oldest would be dad at 68. He just bought the Retro Duo because he wanted to play Baseball Stars, Rad Racer, and The Legend of Zelda again. I've tried to get him into newer stuff, but the best I've been able to do is Diablo 2 and Civilization 4. He just yells in frustration and gives up if I introduce him to anything slightly more complicated. I can get him to play Simcity, but he always uses the cheat codes, then he destroys everything after a few hours of building. Sigh, so many fictional lives lost. In the arms of the angel far away from here...

As for the youngest, I want to say it was a relative at the age of 3, but, seriously, he didn't really have a strong grasp on what he was doing. I think my aunt and uncle just put him in front of the television and dropped a controller in his lap. It's kinda like what my parents did with actual toys (He-Man action figures) when I was that young. Other than that, I met plenty of kindergarteners who enjoyed playing games on the NES back when I still went to grade school with them. I'm assuming most of them were five years old.

The oldest I met is maybe my grandma! She's 80 something now and I made her play Tekken TT2 and GTA 5! She's not that good but that good but it was pretty funny.

The youngest was probably me when I was younger with my Gameboy, PS1 and PC.
