EDIT: Issue now appears to be resolved

I was about to finish watching this title. It does not appear in my queue nor does it appear in the alphabetical list. (All platforms). While it DOES appear when running a search via website, it does not appear when searched for via Roku, PS3, Android app. It does not appear in the list of titles being removed http://www.crunchyroll.com/forumtopic-864201/marathon-time, so I am at a loss as to what is occurring here. Would appreciate some insight.

Check the Video Settings, and make sure the Mature Content Filter is set to "Show."

Yes, something weird is happening. I can search on the site, when I put kano in the search box, it is first on the drop-down list, and I can select it and go to the page, and even see episodes. /kanojo-ga-flag-wo-oraretara-if-her-flag-breaks

But when I add it to my queue, it doesn't appear there, neither on the web nor in the Roku queue. Neither search nor alphabetical finds it, either on the Roku.

So there's something buggy that needs to be fixed. You should report it via the contact support page: /help?topic=contact

I have now done as you suggest. The only reply thus far has been a generic automated response indicating that a real response will come within two business days. In the meantime, Chromecasting from Chromebook works.

I can confirm this happening. Roku3 box had it disappear frm queue (and history!), and ipad app does not show it in search. When I search on the wesite, it does show correctly, as well as indicating previously watched episodes and the "remove" button - making it likely that my que and account is Ok, but whatever the Roku and ipad are querying is showing filtered results.

Additional - trying to play video from browser on ipad (should open app directly going to that episode) gives a "You don't have permission" popup. So yeah, it looks like despite my birthdate and mature content settings, all devices are filtering this out.
