On the PS4 several shows have ended before the preview shows or during it. I have to start the show again and fast forward to see it

Yes I too have this issue and it is an issue, for people that like to watch the ending music and the previews or short skit that are at the ends. Please add a way to stop the early kick to the next episode.

This has become an even bigger issue as the Summer Season has come to an end. Several shows have a final resolution after the credits roll. It is VERY annoying to then have to get on my PC to finish a show.

I've lost as much as 40 seconds on some shows. Please, Crunchyroll, look into this!

And...it continues into the Fall season. Lost the last 20 seconds of Terraformars. Kind of important backstory there...

Is this the appropriate venue to bring this to CR's attention? Do mods even look at this?

I believe you mean customer service. Mods can't do anything outside the forums.

Customer service looks at the forum if they have time after processing the "Contact Us" submissions and e-mails for the day.

Yeah. I guess I figured the mods would be the ones to bring it to customer service's attention.

But, regardless, if the section exists, perhaps it should be utilized more than, if they have time.

Not trying to necro an old thread but I having problems also with the Crunchyroll PS4 app ending an episode several minutes earlier. It is annoying having an episode prematurely stop then me having to go to my previously viewed list to that episode to fast forward to the last few minutes of the show. It does this every time. Very frustrating

Bump, same problems. Wish this would be resolved. I've brought it directly to Customer Support to no avail.

Another bump even though it doesn't really need it. I've put up with this bug for over a year on both the PS3 and PS4.
