I have the impression that shy girls appreciate things more, and that's enough to make them a prefference for me.

*only speaking of Anime girls, cuz 2D>3D*

When they're in harems, I usually hate them to the point of wanting to break my monitor(unless they're loli).
On Anime with a full female cast they're usually in my top favorites. Don't know how it turns out that way, but it just does.

That being said, I believe prideful and arrogant girls are the best kind, shy or not.

Yes I am very shy in person.... sometimes a bit awkward I've always been shy heh.... my ex hated that about me but it's just part of my personality.

I want to devour their souls cuddle them.

I would say I'm shy. Pretty introverted. I have social anxiety. But when I'm more comfortable with someone, the whole idea that I was ever shy just obliterates and I'm suddenly very extroverted.

I wouldn't really call myself shy. In person, I just tend to be pretty quiet, withdrawn, and a bit socially awkward at times. But I'm actually very blunt and straightforward when I do speak. I can't say I have anything against shy girls. o.o Though I can't really say I know many.

Shy girls are great because I'm shy as well. I can't keep up with outgoing people anyways.

I can easily go for shy girls, though its not a 100% sell just for that reason. And within that bunch are the ones that come across as shy but really just use that to manipulate others into wanting to get involved with them (though this is more in the "I'm so dejected." types than the 'shy' ones). Basically its just a trait that I do find appealing but I won't fall for someone just for it.

This sounds like me.

Shyness is tolerable, but too much of it can be a negative, I suppose. Same with too much confidence. A healthy balance of the two (modesty, and some self-esteem) is the best.

I find shy girls pretty cute most of the time.
but as xCrimsonEX pretty much said, I pretty much won't go after a girl or "fall for someone" just because of their shyness. There's still a whole lot more depth to people than just "hey, my name is [insert name here], I'm shy."

Fine with shy girls, especially since I lack the emotional energy to keep up with extroverted people. It does suck though because I tend to be too shy to talk to them, and I know I have a wall/personality that keeps people away and occasionally scares the hell out of them.

I'm ok with them for the most part. It does get annoying when they can't keep a conversation going . Or when you have to constantly have to come up with new subjects to start a conversation with them cause they're to shy to start a conversation with you.
