Been watching too much anime.... They're cool.
Back to reality, honestly, they're cool, BUT HARD TO TALK TO!!!

I understand that's the point of shy, but like, I've encountered many kinds of shy, from emotionally affection shy, to just shy all around. Emotionally affection shy is cool since you can still talk to them. All around shy, it's hard to bring up a conversation. But they're cool. Since they're not overly confident like other girls, which at times, can be really bad.

I personally like shy girls. I'm somewhat shy myself at times (not as bad as I was when I was in school).

I'm done with shy girls. Its so hard to speak to them on a personal level, I like someone who I can jive with. Be comfortable around. With shy girls they tend to keep to themselves when out and about. So you have to jungle between entertaining them and your friends. I just want some one who's as crazy as me, who's not afraid to say whats on there mind. Maybe even a little sassy. Lol

I think it's fine being shy because I'm shy really shy until I get to know you.
I would understand if someone is shy.
I'll just think you'll lessen your shyness if you get to know other people..

I was usually shy in high school, even around my friends. Mostly I was just uncomfortable and that made everyone who talked to me uncomfortable too, so it was always awkward. =~=

I remember I had a business class and there was a shy girl next to me who was always reading. I tried to make light talk with her because I was hoping I could make friends with her in this boring class, but it seemed every time I did, she ignored me and would shift away from me. It was like I was bothering her, so I stopped trying because I felt discouraged.

Personally the whole cute shy girl thing; i love it. Although they don't work out so well for me, always because I'm the exact opposite of shy ..... A lot of them are really funny laid back and cool to be frank once you've broken their shell! all in all when it comes to shy girls i like them as friends or possibly more.

I'm no really fond of shy and passive women, but I don't have a problem with shy people. I can be rather shy.

I like women who are straight forward and assertive.

Love 'em. I'm kind of a busy guy though, so they need to speak up at least a LITTLE bit, or I won't notice.

Force your company on her until she accepts.

Also? Maybe shy people should take public speaking classes. Might help.

Sometimes, I think I'm shy. Sometimes, people think I'm shy. But really, I just think I'm anti-social.

Ah, that class was in high school though, which is long past me. But I did take a public speaking class in college. All that really did was help me speak a little louder and be more comfortable talking to big groups. 1 on 1 conversations are still complete nightmares to me.

I'm really shy off the bat of meeting someone. And also like guys who can try to open me up a bit more to make me comfortable around them. Am I a homebody, sure. Sometimes I like to go out to eat or quiet places. I enjoy watching movies and shows. I'm just totally laid back and I guess that turns guys off. I wouldn't mind meeting a guy who likes a person like me.
