I bought my membership through the itunes app store and realized a few days back that there is no "Cancel Sub/Recurring" button because I dont want the recurring payment. I contacted crunchyroll through both email and phone. Both fail. No one picked up and I never received an email back after 2 days. My recurring payment is due and I dont want to pay it because I stopped watching anime for now. How do I cancel a recurring payment though Itunes? Sorry, my english is not the best if you had a hard time understanding.

It use to be there but now it's gone. I think you might have to just cancel your membership right before it expires, but try not to forget. Set an alarm or something.

All I know is if it is through Paypal it can be canceled there otherwise idk

Also, holiday weekend in the US. Possible no one was there.

O.o there is a button that says 'Cancel Membership' In the settings section of your profile.

Right above the 'Upgrade Account' one.

You'll need to handle it via the app store or iTunes, and you'll find the instructions here:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098

If you aren't seeing the proper options, you'll need to contact iTunes support, not CR, as Apple is the company managing the payments.
