They're amazing. Seriously. Can't get enough of them after first eating them recently. Love them as mini-sliders. Love them as burger buns. Love them on their own. Mmmm.

Man! I LOVE these things at Thanksgiving and Christmas time...Putting leftover Turkey slices on them and dipping them in the Au jou...MMMM!

I made little sliders out of them and they were even better.

Made my own hamburger by grinding bacon and steak together. I also made some guacamole from garden veggies and put cheese inside the individual patties. It was delightful.

It probably has a lot to do with the eggs. Most breads don't have egg in them. Eggs will make the bread more rich. They probably also have more sweetening and fatty ingredients than usual.

Actually, high fructose corn syrup is digested just the same as regular, diabetes-causing sugar. So....yeah. Not going to cause diabetes anymore than just plain ol' sugar.
