Hi, I work at a library and finally got the go ahead to sign up our system for CrunchyRoll Outreach but when I try to put in the library's name with the rest of the info its not letting me. I'm able to fill in my name, email, etc. but unable to enter in the library's name/username. Is it broken, are they no longer taking clubs, is it my browser (used both IE and Chrome)?

It looks like the Library Name has some restrictions: make sure it isn't too short (at least 3 characters), too long (unsure on that), and is only comprised of alphanumeric characters, dashes, and underscores. These limitations are shown as a alternate text when you hover over the "Library Name (Your Username)" field.

I suppose it's also possible that the name has already been taken, too.

I think they meant the information can't be put in/they can't type anything in. I'm looking at it now I can enter my name but nothing else like they said.

I see what you mean now.

This is the code for the Library Name input field:
<input type="text" id="library_name" name="group_name" disabled="disabled" class="required autofocus" placeholder="Library Name (Your Username)" value="" pattern="^[a-zA-Z0-9\-\_]{3,}$" title="Username must be at least 3 alphanumeric characters (dashes and underscores are also allowed)" required="required">

I was able to make it editable (in Chrome) by doing the following:
  1. Right-click on the Library Name field
  2. Click "Inspect Element"
  3. Right-click on 'disabled="disabled"'
  4. Select "Edit Attribute"
  5. Delete the entire attribute
  6. Hit Enter

That should allow you to enter text in the field without waiting for a fix from CR, though I haven't tested to see if it the form will actually process correctly.

Hi. Sorry to be sorta just piggybacking off of the conversation, but I'm sort of stuck in the same situation. Was hoping to register my university anime club for the outreach program tonight so that we could start watching anime during our weekly meetings (starting tomorrow) but now I see that I can't do that currently. I emailed the outreach program, but does anyone happen to know how long the process will take over email? I know it was foolish of me to wait till just know, but I honestly wanted to get the most out of our 90 day free trial. Is there any chance in it getting squared away in less than 24 hours? >.<
