M33ga if you like games with developing story plots you should try the Metal Gear Solid series. I think it has a pretty good story plot. It also sometimes has funny dialogue and cutscenes.(I also really like games with developing story plots)

( Note: Metal Gear Solid 4 is only on Playstation 3 )

Awww. I don't have any Playstation consoles. Last I had was the PS2 but that was quite some time ago. I'll have to keep it in mind if I ever get a PS3.

Thanks for the suggestion. Any other games you know of like that?

I mostly play on my Playstation 3 and play older games(I don't really have any games for Playstation 4) but just recently I got done playing all of The Legend of Zelda games (most of them on GameCube because I lost my N64) I'm a huge fan of The Legend of Zelda games.
I have most of the Nintendo consoles from GameCube to Wii-U, I have no idea where my N64 and SNES are. For Playstation consoles I have the Ps3(My Ps3 is old so it can play Ps2 games) and Ps4. For Xbox I have the Xbox 360 console.

Yeah?? I remember playing Zelda games growing up at my babysitters house because they had tons of different consoles and games but I was young and I have a hard time remembering the story lines. I can just remember the game titles like Star Fox and GTA on the PS1.

That's why I want to go back and play them again now that I'm older. What one is your favorite?

There was another game I played and I can't remember the title of it to save my life, maybe some here knows. You played as a humanoid worm in a (space?) suit. You had weird enemies, I think some were cows and an irate old lady with (dogs?). It was set up like a Mario game with side scrolling screen. Whenever I try to google it or ask a friend no one seems to know what I'm talking about haha.

There was another one too that my cousin played where pigs were shot out of a cannon and you had a trampoline that you had to use to bounce them to another area and if you didn't catch them or you missed your aim you lost points/failed. I can't remember if that was the main part of the game or some "bonus" game. He never let me play it but I always wanted to.

Such weird games from the past... Clearly left a mark

If I had to pick one it would be The Legend o Zelda Twilight Princess as my favourite. I also remember playing a game with the humanoid worm but I can't remember it's name.

I don't know if this is the same game but the game with the humanoid worm might it be Earthworm Jim because that's the one I remember.

( It could be Earthworm Jim 2 or Earthworm Jim 3D )

Yes! That's the game!! You have solved one childhood mystery for me. I loved playing that game even though it was so weird haha.

Twilight Princess, huh? I haven't played that one. I want to start earlier and then work my way to the newer ones like I'm doing with Assassin's Creed. But I really need to hook up my Wii so I can do that.. So many games to play and I don't dedicate enough time to it.

Since the topic seems to be about Zelda games, anyone played any of the more recent Zelda games lately?
I think the last one I played was Link Between Worlds, and that had some good fun packed in.

Definitely Earthworm Jim. The guy has starred in his own cartoon series and is an unlockable fighter in Clayfighter 63 1/3, along with Boogerman. I love the Groovy screen where the player can actually spam "Groovy!" for no good reason.

As far as Zelda goes, the last one I finished was also Link Between Worlds. The only thing I didn't bother to accomplish was earning that giant-ass clucker from the mini-game where you dodge fowl for nearly 20 minutes. I own a copy of Twilight Princess and still haven't opened it. That's not even the oldest game like that, either. I still have Timesplitters 2 unopened. My brother bought me a copy of Resident Evil 4 when it first released on the Gamecube and the only reason it ever got opened was because he came up from Florida for a visit... was it three years ago?... and saw that I STILL had not unwrapped the game. I don't know why I bothered to have over 200 games on Steam if I haven't finished the 200 I have piled up in my bedroom closet alongside the Marvel collecting cards and books of Pogs. Eventually, I will get to Twilight Princess, and Skyward Sword, and most definitely Hyrule Warriors, even if it doesn't have a playable Tingle, though I'm sure Nintendo and Koei will make him an expensive bit of DLC at some point since Japan loves him as much as I do

Hyrule Warriors looks interesting, but I lack a Wii U atm... hmmmm....
And it wouldn't surprise me if Tingle comes out as dlc.

The last Destiny Warriors game I played I didn't really enjoy it but I'll still give Hyrule Warriors a try.
I might like Hyrule Warriors more just because I like The Legend of Zelda games but I'm not sure yet...

( This might be the first game with Link in it that I didn't enjoy playing )
