I canceled crunchyrolls several months ago, but it is still deducing money from my credit card. Why is that happening? I don't want crunchyrolls to be charging me money even though I'm not using it. How do I remove my crunchyroll subscription so that it doesn't charge any more money off my credit card?

Hi,

I moved this over to support, since it's a site-related question, but really the best way to ask something like this is to use the Contact Us link and select billing as your option. They'll be able to set things right.

I do know that if you signed up through iTunes, you'll have to cancel through there, with instructions at http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098, but other than that, Contact Us is the fastest, best way to figure out what's up.

Troll?

I'm a paying customer.

Paying customers aren't getting served? That's not trolling, you sad excuse for a troll.

DesuMaiden was directed to contact customer support directly in order to rectify their billing situation. It is between them and CS to work out this issue.

Sure, but if the problems are systemic in nature...
