I'd only use the word 'bitch' if I was angry, never as a way of regularly addressing a female. As for 'hoe' I never use it. If someone wants to use them I won't stop them, but personally I wouldn't.

Its okay as long as its okay for everyone, if people start to lose their shit because of it its better to drop the use of such words.

What's with all the grammar police freaking out here? Sure, people should try to avoid insulting other people. But if the word takes on a different meaning based on the subculture/region, who cares? Languages change over time. And different regions always have had varying dialects. It's not like anyone talks like Shakespeare anymore, for all we know "bitch" could become the default second-person pronoun by 2025.

It's disrespectful and vulgar.

This misogyny has been going down for quite a while. I think it is a function of man's desire to put women down to make himself feel bigger.

I honestly have no problem with it if your being sarcastic or playing around. I prefer it when friends do it. well i mean i don't prefer it but i have a better tolerence for it when 'Friends' call me names out of love. But if it's someone i've devoted my heart too than it pretty much sums it up that he's a dick, who can't speak his feelings.

I prefer cats and bunnies.

As for the actual question; really hate the use of such words when referring to other humans. Always have, and always will.

I hate to be one of those people to admit this but some women earn those words. In life you will come across some women, who are legit bitches and hoes. But if you want to be respectful then by all means do so.

I have literally never heard someone in the flesh use "bitch" or "hoe" as a casual name for women. I've seen/heard people call others a bitch, because they feel the persons actions justify it. But, yeah, I guess the people I'm around aren't with it and don't speak that cool young people jive.

Depends on the context really.

Would I address any random/not so close friends as that? No, not unless they act like one.

If its just banter with some friends, then its all in good heart.

I'm not okay with people just saying it because they want to. I get that when you're really angry, you say stuff like that, but there's no point if you're messing around with someone you don't know.
