I'm literally too cool for all of you. Sometimes, I just feel bad that my coolness is cooler than you.

If all you get are fevers, you are literally automatically not cool.

Is there anything I can do to become literally, not figuratively, cool?

If only you were me, only then, can you literally be cool.

At least I can suffer with Furuya on the bench, because we are just so literally hot.

Furuya is a human. I am a human. You are a bird. Therefore, you are literally not cool.

Well I may literally be a bird, but I can still figuratively be a human. Therefore I am going to be the ace.

I ask myself that on a daily basis; why do these kids feel so inclined to be arrogant or strive to be perfect all the time? I have yet to meet one person in my peer group who aren't afraid to admit they're wrong, either. It's all good, we're all human beings here.

Figuratively, you may literally be a bird. Perhaps, the worst kind of bird. You are, what it appears to be, a seagull. You can't be the ace if you're a seagull.

The people back in my HS weren't very vocal about their egos. Everyone just struggled to keep up with everyone else since the pacing was very fast. Whenever an arrogant kid shows up, he is usually hammered back down after he witnesses the talents of some other kids.

But figuratively speaking, I am more than just literally a seagull. I am a sea(gull) of the diamond.

It may be weird to answer my own question, however they may be so arrogant due to "spoiling". They become spoiled with a lack of responsibility due to having their parents do everything for them, and then due to their lack of responsibility they try to fit in and be cool, so they act like jerks.

Wow, you must have had a very talented high school. There are students who do try to hammer down the arrogant students however they are also very arrogant and are equally obnoxious.

Kids do as their parents preach it to be~

Get some duct tape and attach them to the nearest wall.
When questioned why you did so, explain your reasoning to be:

"Oh, Clarence McBigHead's ego got so big, it leaked. I decided to patch it for them before it was too late."
