Yeah been rough all week with some anime like yu-gi-oh season 1 not watchable because *server issues* and slow as a snail loads on the site. Ironicaly to some xbox app has been my best source for the anime despite OPs issues with it.

Right now, the roku app won't even start up for me. iPhone app works, but is horribly slow.

I said this a last time Crunchy had this issues, saw they had fixed these issues and now these issues are back, they use CloudFail and the streams haven't worked right for about a week. And considering my CR points haven't updated in more than a year I'm going with "Nope, I don't need to pay a premium for a service that is bad!"

So "Bye Felicia!" My memory is clearly longer than CR's. I'm going back to the olden days of CR on my time machine that doesn't actually change time. And I don't feel remotely guilty about it either.

I'm having this issue too, nothing will play.
Even went to the trouble of deleting and reinstalling my PS3 app but still nothing plays.

Kyoko from the Help chat mentioned they were experiencing outages. Wish I could've gotten a notice about that rather than make the PS3 issue thread... Would also be nice if the app itself (and the top of the website at the very least) could have a note stickied saying something like "we are experiencing outages in this and this region. We are doing our best to resolve the issue it should take X amount of time".

That really the kind of thing that should be at the top of the splash page/main page of a website.

It makes me sad to know I'm not the only one...goodbye Crunchyroll. I'm trying to post this in your exit survey form to cancel my membership...but the page isn;t loading so i will sit here and click refresh until it allows me to cancel...posting this in the forums in the hopes that maybe someone else reads this and decides they've also had enough of waiting months and months for Crunchyroll to "work on it".

Dear Crunchyroll,

It is with a heavy heart that I am cancelling my membership today. I love your service, I really do. But the technical problems you've been having with your site have brought me to the end of my patience with you. I started having video playback problems in December and when I reported my issues at the end of January you said you were working on it so I decided I'll give it another month. At the end of February I reported my issues again and you told me again you're still working on it. Now it's March and I'm still having issues..but this time I'm not submitting another service ticket, I'm cancelling my membership.

When I tried out your service last year I was very happy. and for 6 months after that I happily paid you every month for this service. But I pay to watch streaming videos, and when I can't watch those videos I feel ripped-off. Maybe I'm crazy, but in my mind asking me to pay for a service I cannot use is completely unacceptable. Recently you announced you had over 1 million premium subscribers. I saw that and thought: Before you brag about how many users you have, please make sure all your users can actually use your service.

So today your 1 million subscribers will be reduced by one. If you actually read your exit surveys then whenever you fix your issues let me know and I will come back, you have my email address. But until then, I'll spend my money on services that actually work.

Get your SHI* together.. You guys better fix it asap or your customers are going to cancel their crunchyroll accounts.... One of them being me. I'd hurry up if I were you. I'm looking for a more reliable source as we speak. Good job idiots

...And we're done. I just cancelled through Paypal, since the site is unreliable right now, and I've seen enough "can't cancel" complaints on the forum.

Barring a major and highly visible announcement regarding improved quality of service, I will not be back.

I'm having issues with loading my anime for the past week and a half. Any 720p or 1080p will not load efficiently, I know what most of you will say that "it's my net that's the issue" However I have tested my net and that is not the case.

I tried different bowers (Current bowers google chrome), I have tried the DSN Crunchyroll support has informed me of, but nothing is working and it's becoming annoying now. I have even deleted my all my files on my browser from the beginning of time (Cookies, Auto fill and son on, but not my download history)

Would anyone know what I can do to resolve this? I pay monthly for this and I would really like this fixed as I don't want to cancel my sub because I love this site.

One one final note. I also am subbed to Anime Lab and I have no issues with downloading 1080p or 720p from their site.

PLEASE HELP!!! MANY THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANYONE THAT CAN THINK OF SOMETHING I CAN DO TO FIX THIS!!!!
