What is the contact number and address for crunchyroll uk based office

I have been charged on average two to four times a month for at least 6 months

Please do not suggest the contact us form after using that and being ignored for 3 days I resubmitted a form but remain unhopeful since like most web based companies they are happy to take your money but not refund.


I would like to speak to some form of manager at the office and also send written confirmation that I will be taking further action in order to get back the monies owed to me.

i'm done with crunchyroll. no phone support, and horrible response times and responses for inquiries. If another bill is posted on my account and i continue to not recieve premium services i will be hiring a fucking lawyer.

You don't seem to be a premium subscriber at all currently. As far as I can tell, you should not have been billed since January, unless you have a secondary account. Can you give me some more specifics about your issue?

I love how someone can change my e-mail and get access to my credit card and have not a way of stopping it. There is no chat feature, no phone numbers to contact asap, or even a simple confirmation e-mail BEFORE the e-mail is change with my password. Now, I have access only because I logged in this computer and haven't shut it off. Thanks for making my identity easy to steal Crunchyroll.

Believe it or not, there was a time when they didn't even send an e-mail after the fact. They only sent one to the new e-mail address.

They still need a way to revoke the change from the e-mail sent to the original e-mail address, but given how long it took after people (including me) started complaining about the way it was done previously until that was changed, I don't have a lot of hope for a change any time soon. After all, even after many months, they haven't even fixed something as minor as the "$" that appears in image strings and keeps images from appearing until it is edited out.
