About 3 months ago, I went onto the Apple appstore to buy a subscription for Crunchyroll. My original plan was to have the free trial, then to bounce until I had enough money on my card to hold the subscription without losing too much needed money. Well, things didn't go as planned and I have been unable to end my subscription, or delete my account. Thanks to this, I am not doing so well with money, money that I need. If someone has any idea of what I could do to fix this, I would be very happy!

Did you try going to settings? Under Membership Status is there not a "cancel membership" button for you?

These would be the fastest way of getting needed attention for this.

Because YoBakaBaka signed up for a subscription through Apple, the "Cancel Membership" button will not appear on CR. Likewise, if they are unable to cancel through iTunes/Apple Store, they will have to contact Apple's customer support department, as CR's CS does not have access to any of their billing systems.
